Uniksign’s eSignature and verified identity
The UnikSign eSignature has the highest probative value on the market, and your signature holds the same legal value as your physical signature once your identity is verified. Each signed document is encapsulated with tamper-proof metadata, has a certificate of completion, and obtains the Clawd Ironclad Probative Value (IPV) signature to seal the document, backed by Entrust.

UnikSign’s Identity verification services provide digital identity certificates to individuals and companies. Ensure you know who is signing on behalf of your company, and that they have the legal right to do so.
DocuTrail
DocuTrail is a process implemented by verified scanning service providers, trained to use DocuTrail software. Paper documents and media are scanned, digitized, and returned as digital originals, maintaining the chain-of-custody and complete audit trails, sealed with digital signatures and encapsulated with metadata to make it the digital original. You can destroy your paper copies – only keep those required by law (roughly 2-5% of your total paper documents).

MyVault

With the creation of digital originals comes the need for secure storage. MyVault is Clawd’s customized cloud-based storage vault, powered by Microsoft Azure. Your digital documents automatically transfer to the vault by UnikSign and DocuTrail. Easy to implement and more cost-effective than custom, self-hosted document management systems, you can easily search, send and customize access to your valuable corporate memory.
